Overall a Good stay experience. THE staff behaved nicely. Neat & Clean Room, bathroom. Beautiful lighting lamps, Ac working in good condition. Just one issue, that gizzers were not available in bathroom. Nd it was required as water for bathing was very cold.

We mostly book hotels online, but once I did online booking here, I did not like it because when I booked online, the rate was very high and when I went to the offer line and asked, the rate was very low. So whenever you come, you can buy directly from offline. If you are not in high season and not crowded then you will be fine online. If there is no crowd then it will be best for you to stay offline. My suggestion is that you book offline, you will get it at a much lower rate. You will get 60 to 70% less work here than online work because it has happened with me ♡♡♡♡♡ What we see in a photo is not in reality Therefore please keep this in mind....

Experience was really awesome, staff is very polite and helpful, food is very good, specially tea was awesome. Walking distance from Nakki lake. Good hotel for family staying.

Rooms and service are average...best thing is location which is very near to Lake...if you want to stay near Lake area definitely stay here..
